Winterflood Securities Expands Fixnetix Contract
Winterflood Securities has extended its contract with Fixnetix, which currently provides direct market access trading service with connection to the London Stock Exchange via the Fixnetix low latency infrastructure, to receive LSE, Euronext and Xetra market data directly via Fixnetix to support its European trading desk and also to enable its direct market access service to connect to these additional exchanges.
Following a review of market data providers and vendors specialising in exchange connectivity, Winterflood selected Fixnetix as it is one of the few firms to offer both market data and exchange connectivity for trading messages utilising low latency feeds over resilient and high bandwidth lines, the vendor says.
